Reflection: This artifact is a photo collage I created from while attending St. Mary’s after school program at a position of a Teacher’s Assistant for SUNY Cortland’s Motor Development class. As an assistant my duty was to help guide students in Motor Development in establishing themselves and improve the development of their teaching skills as teacher candidates. This showcases my ability to meet standard 4 due to the essential need to give corrective and specific feedback through the experience I myself have learned, to the students of Motor Development. This is important to my development as an educator because it allowed me to further develop my own skills by assessing and assisting the students.
